Toyota Corolla vs Nissan Versa: Cutting-Edge Technologies

2019 Toyota Corolla Blue Crush MetallicThe 2019 Toyota Corolla offers many technologies to help you stay connected and entertained. For instance, it comes standard with the Entune™ Audio infotainment system. This comes with a 6.1-inch touchscreen, 6-speaker sound system, Siri® Eyes Free, and Bluetooth® technology to stream audio or make hands-free phone calls.

Upgrade to the higher trim levels, and you’ll get a 7-inch high resolution touchscreen and advanced voice recognition. Plus, there’s a navigation system, HD Radio™, and a trial subscription to SiriusXM® Satellite Radio in the highest trim level.

Unfortunately, if you’re a technophile, the 2019 Nissan Versa won’t be a good match for you. While it does come standard with Bluetooth® capability for making phone calls, you can’t stream audio until the highest trim level.

Other features that are only in the highest trim level include a 5-inch color display screen and SiriusXM® Satellite Radio. Furthermore, the sound system for every trim in the Versa is just four speakers.

Interior Space & Amenities

2019 Toyota Corolla InteriorEach vehicle can comfortably seat five, with the Corolla offering 42.3 inches of front legroom, 41.4 inches of rear legroom, and 97.5 cubic feet of passenger volume.

While the Versa is still spacious, it offers a little less room than the Corolla. It has 41.8 inches of front legroom, 37 inches of rear legroom, and 90.2 cubic feet of passenger volume.

The differences are made even more noticeable when it comes to interior amenities. The 2019 Corolla, for example, offers an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat to get in that perfect position behind the wheel. It also offers heated front seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel for extra comfort and sophistication.

Meanwhile, the 2019 Versa offers a 6-way manual driver’s seat in its highest trim level. It also doesn’t have heated seats in any version of the vehicle. The only feature that’s the same is the leather-wrapped steering wheel.
