Toyota Highlander Interior

You’ll find seating for up to eight passengers in the roomy interior of the 2018 Highlander, with available captain’s chairs in the second row that reduce the seating capacity to seven, but boost comfort and versatility. Driver and passenger seats are 6-way and 4-way adjustable, respectively, with more movements and lumbar support available in higher trims.

For storage, the Highlander offers 13.8 cubic feet of cargo volume behind the third row of seats. That expands to 42.3 cubic feet behind the second row and a massive 83.7 cubic feet behind the first row. All bench seats have 60/40 split ability for even more flexibility. Whether you’re carting lots of people or gear, a configuration exists for you.

High-Tech Features

The base Toyota Highlander features an Entune™ infotainment system with a 6.1-inch touchscreen (8.0 inches for higher trims). You can stream music or call hands-free via Bluetooth® wireless technology and enjoy the CD player, MP3 capabilities, and SiriusXM® satellite radio—all standard. T

he Highlander’s Toyota Safety Sense™ P suite has helped make it a 2018 TOP SAFETY PICK of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. Active safety tech includes Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, which lets you drive at a preset speed that automatically changes based on traffic ahead of you. Features like Lane Departure Alert and the Pre-Collision System, plus with Automatic High Beams, also come standard.
