Service Department is TERRIBLE, do not be served by LUIS MARQUEZ. My vehicle was not inspected for what it was brought in for. My sensor has been loose and I had to brought it in for repair, mind you the sensor was attached on my car upon arrival . After leaving my first appointment the sensor fell off completely and along went a second sensor! (Check pictures) My car was there for over 10 hours and they went as little was even checking tire gages, the air pressure was low when I left; completely disgusting with the customer service Luis and Larry ...

After an estimate of 3-4 hours for a safety recall repair with no surprises to extend the time, I was very dissatisfied by the final timeframe of 6 1/2 hours with assurances (“one more hour”) along the way that were never met.

Mark Anthony was incredible to work with. I was looking for a specific 2024 Sequoia and Mark worked his magic. I have had this car for 3 weeks and it is still full of gas. This is great! My frustration comes as a result of one of the Norm Reeves sales persons was less than forthcoming/lied about ease of EV filling stations, car return policy, and will not return calls and emails. He even told me to meet him at the dealership the Monday after buying the car to discuss some details, but never showed up and did not return emails/calls.
